RULES AND REMINDERS
Seating may be reserved the day before the auction by calling in and asking to be put on the list. We will try our best to reserve the seat you want. For the 1/28/06 Auction call by the 27th to reserve seating.
Reserved seating bidders MUST be at the auction 5 minutes before the auction starts. Otherwise your seat will not be reserved. Please let the secretary know when you arrive.
Bidders may NO LONGER share auction numbers. This creates a lot of confusion. If you are bidding separately from the person you came with, etc; please sign up for a different number. It will make things run more smoothly.
Items must be paid for the day/night of the auction or arrangements made to pay within 3 days by the person who made the bid. Otherwise we cannot release the items to you.
After you have paid for the items any arrangements with fellow bidders, swapping items, etc. is up to the individuals.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Business owners must have their license on file AND RENEWED ANNUALLY with us or bring a copy with them in order to be tax exempt.
Sealed Bids/Phone bids may be done by contacting us anytime before the auction starts. We will need to have a credit card secured in order to do so. Please contact us for more information (850) 456-7192.
